關於大芹

 
  • 福建大芹陸宜酒業,是大陸首家單一麥芽威士忌酒蒸餾所之一。在1544.8米大芹山南麓,規劃佔地面積260畝,總投資15億元。作為在福建發展的企業,2007年,我們取得項目用地,到現在長達14年,見證了福建經濟與社會的高速發展,促進營業經商環境飛速提升。

以“威士忌、茶葉、咖啡、食品、精緻農業與工業旅遊”的模式,陸續建成五條威士忌蒸餾生產線、酒文化展示廳、橡木桶酒庫、橡木桶廠、產品包裝廠等配套設施。

歷史沿革

2007

選址於大芹山南麓大溪公社茶園規劃『雲端築夢』威士忌園區。

Expanded
在經過政府核准後,自行開山整地修路。

Road and leveling construction commenced since the project obtained approval from government.

2010

『雲端築夢」威士忌園區項目正式啟動,以期打造平和大溪威士忌風情小鎮。這個風情小鎮以釀酒工業為核心引擎,加上旅遊、生態農業等為支撐,將在“一山一河“ 的基礎上實現產業聯動發展。

Aiming at the realisation of whisky town in Daxi of Pinghe County,
"Dream on The Cloud" project fomally launched. Driven by the
whisky industry and supplemented by tourism and eco-agricul-
ture, the project will be effectuated on the foundation of "one
peak, one river" and promoted the development of relevant indus-
tries.

隨著9.8公里長的大芹盤山公路通車,大型機具、原物料與補給能夠順利送達,加速了生產與建設。

The completion of 9.8-kilometre long DAIKING mountain
highway completed rendered the heavy machine, material, and
supplies deliverable, which expedited the pace of production
and construction.

2014

大芹陸宜蒸餾所第一批麥芽蒸餾新酒自蒸餾器湧出後灌入橡木桶。前期的鋪陳與準備,在7年後看到了初步的成果。

Our first batch of new make spirit was well-received from
the still and filled into oak casks. The preparation tasks at
early stage was done 7 years after we found the promise
land of DAIKING.

2016

在政府的監管下,大芹陸宜蒸餾所內熟成中的威士忌也順利拿到了生產許可證。

Under the supervision of government, DAIKING Louis
Distillery obtained the production permit for the whisky
under maturation.

2017~2019

大芹金牌/藍牌單一麥芽威士忌首次在英國舉辦的世界威士忌大賽 (WWA)中即獲銀獎、為國爭光。這也我國本土出產的單一麥芽威士忌,於國際烈酒競賽中首獲捷報。

DAIKING Gold/Blue Brand Single Malt Chinese Whisky won WWA
silver awards in 2021 World Whiskies Awards competition.
DAIKING is also one of the first single malt whiskies distilled in
mainland China to possess the honour in International spirit
competition.

2022

榮獲世界威士忌大賽(WWA)金牌與新世界產區的單一桶威士忌冠軍,而其他參賽的大芹單一麥芽威士忌酒款也囊括銀獎與銅獎,受到海内外業内人士廣泛一致的好評。同時也開始出口至台灣與其他地區,或可為最早正式出口的中國單一麥芽威士忌品牌之一。

大芹藍牌於甄選的初填波本桶熟成,大芹山獨特的氣候環境促進了熟成,而產生美妙的辛香料與烏梅香氣,以及獨特淡雅的茶韻。裝瓶時不經冷凝過濾與添加焦糖色,並以53%高酒精度裝瓶,在香氣與口感上表現出更高的複雜性。
